Christie is a co-founder of AMTA. She is also an award-winning actress who has appeared in productions such as ANNIE, RUN FOR YOUR WIFE, NOISES OFF, SHIRLEY VALENTINE, EDUCATING RITA, A CHRISTMAS CAROL, PHILADELPHIA STORY, THE MOUSETRAP, and others. She has over thirty years of experience in performance and has produced and directed shows that have played and toured in both the UK and North America. She recently assistant directed the Broadway Revival version of GODSPELL, UK TOUR, and played the nurse in the European Premier of the new play TIME MANAGEMENT (Off West End). Christie is currently a department head of the AMTA acting programme in London and Director of AMTA NYC.
